How to Book & General Information

Office Opening Hours Deaf or hard of hearing
* For enquiries and reservations using your minicom telephone, please call 08705 42 11 27 between 09:00-17:00 (except Sunday). Our offices are open: Mon - Fri 08:30 to 19:00, Sat 09:00-18:00. Closed Sun. An automatic queuing system operates and a ringing tone indicates that calls are being answered in sequence. Every care has been taken to ensure that prices and information in the brochure were correct at time of going to press.
Children's Ages
Children in this brochure are categorized as follows: 0-3 years infant 4-14 years child 15 years or over is an adult

Variation of Services
We reserve the right, before you book, to vary the services described in our brochures, including prices and departure dates and times, and to designate a different ferry for a particular journey.
More than 2 in the car?

Financial Security
Stena Line Ltd. is registered under the Transport (Tour Operators and Travel Agents) Act 1982, holding licence number T.A.0426, which provides for the security of monies paid for inclusive travel arrangement made by us.
Deposit
You will be given a booking reference number please make a note of this as you will need it again. A deposit of 20% is payable immediately. (Your E-Ticket Reservation Advice will inform you when final payment is due). For bookings made within 56 days (8 weeks) of departure the full cost of the holiday is payable immediately.
Single Person Supplement
A person travelling alone by car or motorbike pays the per person price plus the single person supplement in the relevant price panel plus the following amount. Payment Method
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or Maestro/Switch. If you wish to pay by personal cheque we will hold the provisional reservation for 5 days (subject to accommodation availability). Cheques should be made payable to Stena Line Holidays and sent to: Accounts, Stena House, Station Approach, Holyhead, Anglesey LL65 IDQ. Please ensure that you enclose your name, address & booking reference number with any cheque payment & write your booking reference number on the back of the cheque. The provisional reservation will automatically cancel if the cheque payment is not received within 5 days. A £3 nonrefundable charge applies to all credit card bookings, no charge for debit cards.
Written information you receive from us
Holiday Booking Details you will receive an E-Ticket Reservation Advice slip which details all the information you need about your holiday. It will also tell you when your final payment is due. All relevant travel information will be sent to you approximately two weeks before departure if full payment has been received.
Hotel Star Ratings
Star ratings are provided for guidance only and are not a guarantee of service or facilities at any property featured.
Cots and High Chairs
Cots and high chairs are often available, but must be requested at the time of booking, so that we can inform the hotel of your request. We do not guarantee their provision.
Late Bookings
If you wish to travel within 10 days of booking, simply telephone 08705 74 74 74. We can take bookings right up to the day of departure and we can usually arrange for you to collect information at the port of departure. When telephoning, please have all booking details and method of payment ready. A Late Booking Charge of £20 per booking will apply to bookings made 7 days or less from the date of travel. By Rail: If travelling by rail bookings must be made no later than 10 days in advance of travel.
Passengers with Special Needs
Stena Line is always pleased to make arrangements for anyone who requires assistance at ports or on board our vessels. Please let us know in advance when making your booking or by contacting the port of departure at least 24 hours prior to date of travel.
