Villa Aris lies in its own pretty gardens on a treecovered hillside above the coastal road between Nissaki and Kassiopi. The resort of Nissaki has a choice of three bays offering watersports and a taverna or two, the closest being Krouzeri, and the famous Agni Bay is just a ten minute drive away. The accommodation in Villa Aris is arranged on the first floor of the house, retaining full independence from the other half of the property and with its own entrance road via the scenic elevated poolside terrace behind the villa. The swimming pool and its adjacent circular childrens pool are enclosed by a crazy-paved terrace from which there are fabulous views across the clear blue sea to the distant Albanian mountains.
Steps lead down from the poolside terrace to the house. Inside is a comfortably furnished open-plan kitchenette and seating area which leads to the bedrooms, both of which have access to a large terrace which also boasts breathtaking sea views. Villa Chrisoula is located at the top of the tiny hamlet of Gimari, just off the coastal road to Kassiopi and less than two kilometres from the pebble beach, the supermarkets and a selection of tavernas at Kalami. The villa occupies the first floor of a traditional Greek house and has a delightful pool terrace in a raised area beside the house with views over Kalami Bay. The barbecue terrace leads into the kitchen and the lounge has a balcony with a side-sea view. The three large bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room and all enjoy great views, the double room having its own small balcony.
