This is a traditional-style house only two kilometres from the picturesque harbour and the seafront tavernas overlooking the pebbly beach at Aghios Stefanos. Our Villa Joanna is next door and the watersports at Avlaki Beach are only three kilometres away. Well established gardens surround this charming cottage, much of which has recently been renovated, with a newly fitted kitchen adjoining the dining room and a small lounge facing the front garden. The bedrooms face the front and back gardens and share a newly renovated bathroom. To one side of the house, surrounded by a stone-flagged terrace, the villa boasts a new swimming pool.
Lying in a well-kept garden scattered with colourful potted plants, Villa Liondari can be found less than three kilometres from the bustling little resort of Aghios Stefanos with its minimarkets, gift shops and seafront tavernas and its small pebbly beach. Villa Liondari is arranged on varying levels with steps linking different rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge/diner has doors opening onto an al fresco dining area overlooking the pool. There are splendid views over the sea to Albania from the poolside terrace and the balconies of the double bedroom and one of the twins.
