Lying in the midst of tree-clad countryside, set back off the road into Kassiopi, Villa Andreas combines all the advantages of countryside living with easy access to a variety of resort amenities. When it's time for some shopping, dining out or a day on the beach, the centre of Kassiopi is just one and a half kilometres away. The densely tree-covered hillside behind the house creates delightfully green surroundings around Villa Andreas. The swimming pool is set into a crazy-paved terrace and enclosed by a low fence providing extra security for guests with young children. Four steps lead up to the villa itself where interior décor is traditional in style. Two sets of double doors open onto a shaded terrace overlooking the front garden from the open-plan lounge/diner, at one end of which is a door into the kitchen.
Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with access onto the poolside terrace and a bathroom, whilst the other bedrooms and a shower room are upstairs, with the double bedroom boasting a large shaded balcony with sea views. Owned by the same local people as our next-door Villa Angelos, Villa Euphemia has been beautifully decorated with lots of delightful touches. The villa stands to the east of Acharavi in an area known as Almyros, surrounded by well-established gardens and enjoying views across neighbouring fields towards the sea on Corfu's north coast. The villas location on flat ground and fencing all around the property make this a particularly family friendly holiday home, with extra privacy provided by plentiful planting of trees and shrubs and the brand new swimming pool is set into lawns to one side of the house. Inside, a country-style kitchen/diner adjoins a spacious lounge with French doors opening onto the poolside terrace.
