Perched on a hillside next door to Villa Theodora, Villa Nicoletta can be found within walking distance of the nearest supermarket and only a kilometre from the closest of Nissaki's tavernas and the nearest of its three white-pebble beaches. The livelier resort of Ipsos is within easy reach by car and it's about twenty five kilometres into Corfu Town. Olive trees are scattered up the hillside behind the house and enclose the rooftop poolside terrace on three sides, making this a delightful, as well as a splendidly spacious spot for sunbathing, enjoying a barbecue and admiring the glorious sea views beyond a low balustrade. This is a bright, welcoming villa with an open-plan lounge adjoining a modern fitted kitchen/diner and opening onto a balcony which stretches around two sides of the house and overlooks the vibrant blue Ionian Sea.
Set on the hillside above Nissaki, Villa Alexandros enjoys sea views in one direction and tranquil views of olive groves and mountains in the other. The beach at Kaminaki is only a kilometre away and it's just a bit further to the nearest restaurant and the local minimarket. The house is unusually arranged with external stairs linking all three floors. On the lower floor a double bedroom and a twin room with one single and one pull-out bed share a bathroom and the open-plan kitchen/diner opens onto a terrace. Upstairs, the main part of the house is air-conditioned and is home to the other bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening onto a large shaded balcony.
