Next door to Villa Alley is the larger Villa Serenity. Shopping, eating out or a day on the beach are all equally easy with a few local amenities within three hundred metres, the beach only a short distance and Victoria being just a ten minute drive away. Villa Serenity is also a traditional farmhouse by design and boasts many attractive features, including a scenic rooftop terrace. The villa's swimming pool has a small whirlpool section and is set into a paved courtyard from which five steps lead down to the patio doors which open into a comfortable lounge/diner with an adjoining openplan kitchen and an adjacent shower room. A curving staircase leads up to the first floor where the twin rooms share a bathroom and a balcony and the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and its own small balcony. A traditional
narrow stone spiral staircase or garigor' leads to a sun-drenched roof terrace which enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. There's a second small kitchen, as well as another barbecue and a corner whirlpool. Located in a quiet alley just off the village's main street, Haven is very conveniently placed for the local shops and restaurants of San Lawrenz. Charmingly rustic within, the villa also offers lovely views across the village and countryside to the sea from its superb roof terrace. Traditional in style with carefully restored features and some antique furnishings, this former mill house is a homely neighbour to our Alley and Serenity villas. A step up to the front door takes you into the villa, whose ground floor is occupied by the openplan lounge, kitchen and dining area with its large farmhouse table. A staircase leads down to the double master suite with shower room in the basement, while up on the first floor there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, although we offer
this as a two-bedroom property. Stairs from the first floor to the second give access to the sun-soaked terrace, whose rectangular plunge pool is ideal for a cooling dip. The large cane shade is very welcome, and the patio furniture and built-in barbecue and kitchenette make it easy to enjoy the outside space and splendid vistas to the full.
