Surrounded by lots of space and in an ideal place to experience local village life, this comfortable, private villa has lovely countryside and pool views. The centre of San Jose, where there are restaurants and supermarkets, is just a kilometre away, and the main road to Ibiza and San Antonio is easily accessed from the villa. A large fenced garden gives the C'an Portmany an extra-spacious feel, with the pool set in a grassed area in front of the villa. Take the exterior stairs up to the entrance on the first floor (the ground floor of the building doesn't form part of the accommodation), and you'll find a large living room with a dining table, a kitchenette and great views, plus two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. In a tranquil location on the outskirts of Es Canar, the lovely S'Argamassa Villas are perfectly placed for relaxing family holidays with a variety of amenities nearby and the beach just three hundred metres away. Less than three kilometres from the complex, the bustling resort centre is home to a whole host of shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely resort of Santa Eulalia is only a couple of kilometres away.
