This quaint little villa is in the residential area of Siller, within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only a kilometre from the town's long golden beach. Overlooking the pool, a shady furnished veranda runs across the whole of the front of the house, leading through a door into a modern kitchen with an adjoining utility room. Up a step from the kitchen is a wood-beamed lounge/diner where there's a small bathroom tucked under the stairs that lead up to the mezzanine area, which is surrounded by a wooden banister and furnished with a double and a single bed and a wardrobe.

Standing side by side in a residential area and thus bookable together by larger groups, Villas Monsy I & II are only a kilometre from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, so the local shops, bars and restaurants, the pretty harbour and the beach are all within easy walking distance. The villas each have a private garden with a sun-soaked terrace surrounding the swimming pool and a large shaded terrace, with an adjacent built-in barbecue. Inside on the ground floor are a cloakroom, a split-level lounge and a kitchen. Upstairs, (part of the staircase has no handrail) are a bathroom with a half-size bath and, although priced with only two bedrooms, you will find two twin bedrooms and a double room with a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
