This newly built house enjoys a tranquil location in the farming area of Sa Pobla, the area of a thousand windmills, and is less than four kilometres from the nearest amenities and only a little more than eight kilometres from the popular resort and beach of C'an Picafort. A wide palm-lined driveway leads up to the front door of the villa which opens into a spacious, air-conditioned lounge/diner from which open-sided steps lead up to an extra, gallery-style twin bedroom. All stylish in design and décor, the villa's three main bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms.
