HOLIDAY INFORMATION HOLIDAY INFORMATION
HOW TO BOOK
To secure any booking, deposits must be paid as follows: Inclusive holidays including charter flights & accommodation: £130 per person (£150 for Florida) No-frills or scheduled flights: Total flight costs plus 25% of any accommodation costs. Accommodation only: 25% of the total holiday cost. In addition to the above, any insurance premiums must be paid at time of booking. Deposits must be paid by debit or credit card to secure your booking. The balance is then due eight weeks prior to your departure date. Holidays booked less than eight weeks prior to departure date must be paid for in full at the time of booking (a charge of 2% applies to credit card payments). There are three ways to book your holiday: 1. Direct with Style by calling our Sales & Support team on 0844 800 7002. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9.00 am - 8.00 pm; on Saturdays from 9.00 am 5.00 pm and on Sundays and Bank Holidays from 11.00 am 4.00 pm. 2. Through your preferred travel agent. Any contact we have with you will be via your agent, and they will be responsible for sending any payments and confirmations regarding your holiday. 3. Via our secure website at www.styleholidays.co.uk - a quick and easy way to check resort and accommodation information, up-to-date prices and availability 24 hours a day. General Information, Terms & Conditions: Prices include: unlimited mileage, government and local taxes, collision damage waiver (see below), third party insurance, fire and theft and replacement in case of breakdown. Prices exclude: deposits, CDW excess or waiver where applicable, delivery/collection out of office hours, damage to tyres, petrol and traffic fines together with any extra items (ie. roof rack, child seats etc) Delivery/collection: all cars are collected from and returned to the airport or car hire depot with a courtesy bus provided between the airport and the depot where necessary. If arriving into Gozo a transfer is provided from the ferry port to your villa where your car will be delivered. You must return the car to the ferry port upon departure. General information: no liability will be accepted nor refunds made in receipt and respect of persons attempting to rent cars below the minimum age. Clients must have their driving licence and passport with them at all times whilst driving a rented veichle. Rear seat belts are fitted into all cars. Calculating prices: hire rates that overlap seasons will be calculated and charged prorata for the number of days falling within each price band. Transfer component: Where car hire is not considered an essential part of your holiday, you may prefer to pre-book return transfers between the airport and your chosen accommodation. Transfer prices are shown on the price pages for each destination. Return transfers are by coach, minibus or taxi (as specified) between your destination airport and your accommodation. YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE
WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Our holidays are now component based with prices shown in relevant panels for all the separate elements of your chosen holiday. Prices are a guide only, we reserve the right to change prices and prices can go up or down. The components you select will determine what is included in the price. Accommodation component: Accommodation only can be booked for a minimum of seven nights and in multiples of seven nights based on the arrival and departure detailed below for each individual destination: Corfu and Turkey - Mondays; Crete, Gozo and Cyprus - Tuesdays; Fuerteventura - Wednesdays; Lanzarote and Florida - Thursdays; Menorca and Florida Fridays; Croatia, Majorca, Algarve and Florida- Saturdays; Ibiza, Cyprus, Lefkas and Kefalonia - Sundays. * Self-catering accommodation as booked, including electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels as detailed on page 316. * Prices are per villa or apartment, per week. Flight component: * Return flights from the U.K. to your chosen destination airport. * In-flight catering on charter airlines where applicable. * Air passenger duty, U.K. departure taxes, security charges, aircraft insurance and other associated costs known at time of going to press. * Aviation fuel costs known at time of booking (See Extra Charges Before Booking). * Baggage allowances. Price includes a minimum of 15kgs allowance on charter flights (excluding infants). Allowances on scheduled flights vary. Your luggage allowance will be shown on your tickets. Excess baggage charges apply if you exceed your allowance. Car hire component: We have teamed up with leading car rental organisations in all our destinations, allowing us to offer pre-bookable car hire at excellent rates. Car hire prices, details and terms and conditions can be found on the price pages for each destination. We particularly recommend booking car hire for holidays taken during early or late season when local facilities may be limited. Important information: All reservations are made through overseas car hire companies for whom we act as agents. A contract will be taken with the car hire company supplying the hire car. You will then be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and the laws of the country in which the rental has taken place and it is your responsibility to check these details before booking. Style Holidays will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or accident arising from or by persons outside of its control. Cancellation charges - following issue of confirmation/invoice = £20.00. Within 2-4 weeks of the hire date = £40.00. 14 days or less of the hire date = loss of full hire charge. No refunds are given for non-use of the car if you forget your licence. Please note that all prices are correct at time of going to press. Local charges are approximate ad may be subject to increase. * ATOL Protection Contrbution (APC) - the price of your holiday includes the amount of currently £1 per person as part of the ATOL Protectoin Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA who provides financial protection for your holiday in the unlikely event of our failure. The amount you have paid will be shown on your confirmation invoice.
AND WHAT'S EXTRA
* Holiday insurance - you MUST be insured (see page 322 for brief details). * Grocery packs (see page 314). * Optional excursions. * Charges made by accommodation such as telephone calls, safes, air-conditioning and any other services not shown as being free. * Locally collected taxes. * Excess baggage on coaches and aircraft. Excess baggage charges will apply if you exceed your allowance and/or you take sports equipment. * In-flight meals. Where in-flight meals are not included in the cost of your flights they can usually be added for an additional charge confirmed at time of booking. * Late booking fees for all bookings and name changes made within 14 days of departure. We will make arrangements for you to collect your tickets from our airport representative on arrival, or in some cases we may be able to post your documentation to you, at your request. The charge will be £17 per person (if special delivery is required, the cost may be more). * Credit card charges. A charge is made on all credit card transactions, fees will be advised at the time of booking. * Possible surcharges. See Surcharges price increases after booking'. * Compulsory local car hire charges such as petrol deposits and CDW excesses as shown on pages 290-312.
BREAKAGE CHARGES
A non-refundable charge of £20 per week, per villa or apartment will automatically be added to bookings which include accommodation to cover accidental damage of up to £400 that may occur in your accommodation during your stay. This charge excludes damage caused by willful and negligent behaviour. At our Florida villas a refundable deposit is payable locally by credit card of between $250$350. This is collected by our representative at the airport or by the management company for your chosen property.
EXTRA CHARGES - BEFORE BOOKING
Please note carefully, as we indicate underneath the price panels, prices include an amount to cover our current fuel charges known at the time our brochure is produced. You should be aware that these charges and costs may change between date of publication of this brochure and the time of travel. We reserve the right to alter prices and introduce fuel supplements where changes in fuel costs occur. Furthermore, although we have included in our prices an extra charge to cover aviation, security, aircraft insurance and other associated costs, you should be aware that these charges and costs may change between the date of publication of this brochure and the time of travel. Since all these costs are beyond our control and subject to further changes, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges to you and they will be added and shown separately at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices, prices can go up or down. Please therefore check carefully the total costing, including any additional charges, with us or your agent before you book.
