Scenically situated right on the seafront about five kilometres outside bustling Playa Blanca, the villa complex of Heredad Kamezi has access to its own rocky cove and a seafront promenade which runs all the way along the coast to Playa Blanca's sandy beach and the resort's myriad amenities. The villas are all separately designed and decorated and all have private swimming pools of differing sizes and dimensions (details shown below are average). Thanks to the layout of the resort, some of the poolside terraces enjoy sea views, whilst a partially shaded dining patio overlooks the pool and is home to a built-in barbecue. Doors from the poolside patio open into a bright and airy lounge/diner adjacent to a wellequipped kitchen.
The two bedroom villas have one twin and one double bedroom, the three bedroom properties two twins and a double and the four bedroom villas have an extra double room. Each villa has at least two bathrooms with either a hydromassage shower, a whirlpool bath, or a two person whirlpool bath. One of the double bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom. This is an attractive complex, situated in the newer part of Playa Blanca within fifty metres of the nearest restaurant and a hundred metres from a new shopping complex. The many amenities of the superb Marina Rubicon are within a couple of kilometres and the nearest of the five fabulous Papagayo beaches is about a kilometre along the coast, or a five kilometre drive. The Coloradamar's stylish, comfortable bungalows are arranged in terraces and share a large swimming pool with a waterfall feature and a poolside whirlpool, whilst younger guests have their own shallow splash pool. A poolside bar provides drinks and snacks and more energetic guests can take advantage of the resort's on-site tennis court.
Each of the villas is designed and decorated in identical style, some having distant sea views from the furnished patio beside the house which leads into an open-plan living room. The modern kitchenette leads to a shower room and an outdoor utility room. Completing each villa's amenities are the bedrooms, one of which has larger-than-average bed and an en suite bathroom.
