Villa Kyriaki enjoys a scenic location on the coastal side of the road, overlooking Kalami Bay and within walking distance of the beach via a steep return journey up the hill. There's a restaurant right next door. Reached by a steep driveway, this spacious villa is set into a hillside with its upper floor home to three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies with great views. The middle floor has a split-level lounge/diner adjoining a kitchen and the lower floor is home to another kitchen, a second lounge, a bathroom and a double bedroom which, like the lounge, has patio doors leading onto a sun-soaked poolside terrace with more fantastic views over Kalami Bay.
Approached by a road leading to Aghios Stefanos and enjoying panoramic views of the sea and the Albanian mountains. Villa Joanna lies in its own grounds within a kilometre or so of the nearest shop and just over two kilometres from the harbourside of Aghios Stefanos. Breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside make the poolside terrace a scenic spot which leads to a separate self-contained living area with a twin bedroom, a seating area, a shower room, a sink unit and a small fridge. Upstairs at entrance level, the main house has a lounge and a kitchen/diner at the front of the villa and three more bedrooms, all with balconies, sharing a bathroom and a shower room.
