Set in a tranquil location above Pelagia, the Villa Elena benefits from stunning views out over the dominating countryside and is surrounded by olive groves. In the nearby village of Stravramenos there are a few bars, restaurants and a mini market, and Skaleta beach is two kilometres away. The bright comfortable interior of Elena comprises of an open plan lounge/dining area and a kitchen. There are also two modern bedrooms and a bathroom in this single storey property that has a homely feel about it. Outside, well maintained gardens and lawned area lead to the swimming pool and furnished terrace to the side of the villa, where you can catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance.
Villas Myrrini enjoy a pleasant location on the outskirts of Asteri. The village itself is home to little more than a coffee and pastry shop, but there's a varied selection of shops and tavernas within a few kilometres and it's the same distance to the nearest beach. Despite their traditional appearance, the Myrinnis are modern villas, owned by a local family. Surrounded by a paved terrace, the villas swimming pools have a shallow childrens section and there's a large stone built barbecue and wood burning stove at the back of the house. Steps lead up from the poolside terrace to the front door. Inside are the kitchen and an airy open-plan living area with stone walls,
a beamed ceiling and doors opening onto an enclosed, furnished patio facing the swimming pool. Two attractive twin bedrooms share a bathroom and have doors opening onto the patio overlooking the pool and across the surrounding countryside to the sea.
