This centuries old house belonging to the Bursic family basks in serene solitude, twenty kilometres from Pula and just three kilometres from the beach resort of Krnica Bay. It is located in half an acre of land, surrounded by stonewalls and amidst rural tranquility and close to tree-clad fields and nature. A one hundred and fifty metre long dirt path separates the villa from civilisation and the asphalted road that leads to the small village of Krnica. The central point of the villa is the stone house which was recently renovated in a traditional style with great attention to detail taken. Exposed wooden beams, natural stonewalls and terracotta floors all feature highly. On the ground floor an open-plan, living/dining area is traditionally furnished with TV, table and chairs seating six, and a grand open fireplace, ideal for relaxed family meals.
The well-equipped kitchen is compact and in keeping with the traditional feel of the house. A staircase leads up to the first floor and to a comfortable double bedroom with an en suite bathroom complete with a hydro-massage bath. Upstairs there is a large attic room that comprises one large double bed, a single bed and a shower room. Outside there is a barbecue beside the fully-furnished terrace, where you can sit back and take in the magnificent views of the lush gardens and the small swimming pool.
