From here the front door opens into the open-plan lounge and the kitchen/ dining area is lovely and sunny, with picture windows overlooking the orchard. Villa Orchard enjoys a lovely tranquil position and glorious views, yet is still within a couple of kilometres of Latchi with its famous fish restaurants and a sand and shingle beach. The bustling town of Polis is just five kilometres or so away. There are no prizes for guessing how this lovely villa came by its name, since the dozens of fruit trees stretching out towards the shimmering blue sea in the distance are the first thing you see as you arrive here. Fringed by flower beds and rockeries, the villas lawned gardens surround the spacious swimming pool and a sunny paved terrace, complete with poolside lighting. Steps lead from the terrace up to a veranda furnished with a table and chairs and potted shrubs.
The Aghia Marina is a really lovely villa, unusually designed in two wings' overlooking the pool. The tiny coastal village of Aghia Marina after which it is named boasts a pretty church, a taverna, a bakery and a laid-back lifestyle. There's a supermarket within two kilometres and it's the same distance to the nearest shingle beach. The villa enjoys a truly fabulous location, lying in calm seclusion in spacious grounds and boasting splendid views in all directions. The paved poolside terrace offers uninterrupted views down to the Mediterranean and leads under a shaded patio beside the house.
From here an archway leads into an attractive lounge with an adjacent kitchen/diner and a second set of patio doors opens into a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a balcony with views of the sea and the Akamas mountains. The twin room is reached by stairs from the ground floor bedroom and the double is in the other wing' of the house, above the lounge.
