Also on the ground floor is a shower room. Although we offer this as only a two bedroom villa, the villa actually has three bedrooms. Also the result of a delightful conversion from an old farmhouse to a modern holiday home, Ta' Lilli is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in the village of Xaghra. Despite its peaceful location, the villa is only a short stroll from Xaghra village square with its selection of restaurants and a beautiful local church. The walled pool area is a private, sunsoaked spot with a built-in barbecue and a paved poolside terrace. Patio doors lead from the poolside terrace into a spacious living area with exposed wooden ceiling beams and an archway separating the lounge from a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large farmhouse-style table and a beautiful antique dresser.
At the end of a quiet alley just 500m from Xaghra village square, Ta' Guzeppi feels private and secluded yet is only a little way away from shops, bars and restaurants. Within easy driving distance of some of the area's beaches, including Ramla and Hondoq (three and eight kilometres away respectively), and wonderfully presented and cared for by the owner, it's a perfect family holiday home. Right next door to our villa Ta' Lilli, it's also ideal for larger groups the properties are linked by a lockable door in the garden wall between the pool terraces. Inside, Ta' Guzeppi is very homely, as this newly-built property was designed and decorated in traditional style.
The farmhouse table seats eight and there's a generous amount of space throughout the two floors. As well as the adjoining kitchen area, the living room is accompanied on the ground floor by a twin bedroom and shower room, while upstairs the two double bedrooms, second twin bedroom and remaining three shower rooms can be found although we're offering this as a threebedroom villa, the villa actually has four bedrooms.
