Enjoying a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere in a village location, these two detached villas are part of a complex of seven similar properties. They're affiliated with the nearby Orka Hotel and have use of its facilities, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Nightlife can be found a kilometre away in Hisaronu resort centre, and the beach at Ölü Deniz is just three and a half kilometres from the complex. Its guests are able to use the facilities at the nearby Orka Hotel, which include shops, restaurants and a bar. Ölü Deniz is the nearest beach it's three and a half kilometres away and can be reached by car, bus or taxi. Sunrise V is modern with a welcoming atmosphere and a bright feel inside. Its five bedrooms occupy the lowest and highest of its three floors, with a twin, a double and a shower room at the bottom of the property and the remaining double, two twins and two shower rooms at the top. Accessed from both bedroom levels by spiral stairs, the lounge/kitchen/diner is set on the middle floor.
Patio doors lead out to the pleasant garden, where a wall helps provide privacy for those using the pool, terrace and barbecue. Children have their own play area, plus access to the Orka Hotel's kids' club.
