Walks, Petra & Dead Sea
Continuing to the ancient city of Petra, prepare to be amazed! You have a full day to explore this ancient site, as featured in `Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade', by horse and on foot. Catching your first glimpse of the Treasury is a sight never to be forgotten, as you weave your way down The Siq (gorge). From Petra, you continue to Dana Nature Reserve н a natural treasure best explored on foot. Finally, you head to the Dead Sea, via the crusader castle of Kerak, for relaxation and to experience the unique feeling of floating in its salt-laden waters.

Essentials Minimum age: 5 years This is an exciting cultural journey for families with a spirit of discovery. There is a fair amount of walking at Petra, and while it's a great experience, conditions at Wadi Rum are less-developed. Wadi Rum
Staying overnight at Wadi Rum is an experience in itself - the skies are clear and stars stand out brightly. The Milky Way, satellites and shooting stars can be clearly seen - a great way for kids to learn a little about the solar system.
