Trip Highlights
Yala National Park Discover Sri Lanka's most popular national park due in part to the fact that it has one of the highest leopard concentrations in the world amongst a huge variety of flora and fauna. Knuckles Winding dirt tracks twist and turn through forgotten tea plantations and tiny villages. Your journey overlooks the forests which sweep the misty hills of the enchanting Knuckles range before arriving at your campsite which offers spectacular panorama and a great starting point for a host of jungle treks. Polonnaruwa Polonnaruwa, an ancient city of great historical significance, lies spread out in well preserved ruins. Playful monkeys roam free to gather on the remnants of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering fabulous photographic opportunities. Beautiful Beaches There's time to relax towards the end of your holiday on one of Sri Lanka's fabulous south coast beaches. Your hotel overlooks the vast Indian Ocean - a perfect location to reflect on an amazing adventure!

Minimum age: 12 years. Due to the size of the country and winding nature of the roads, travel can be slow and lengthy. The heat and humidity can make some activities feel more tiring than normal.
