Insider's view
Chris Payne - Finance Controller I'm not sure it's possible to pick a single highlight for Namibia. The two things which stick in my mind are the huge variety of game we saw everyday and watching the sun rise over the Sossusvlei sand dunes.
Trip Highlights
Game Galore From the imposing forms of elephants and rhinos to small brightly-coloured birdlife. Etosha's waterholes attract prides of lions, herds of impala, springboks, giraffes, wildebeest and zebras, while the coast offers thousands of fur seals, flamingos and dolphins. Africat Foundation You'll spend the night at the Africat Foundation where you'll see cheetah, lion and leopard whilst learning how these amazing animals are being protected. Desert Dunes The red sand dunes of Sossusvlei are said to be the highest in the world. Watch how the dunes change colour on an early morning outing, and climb to the top for amazing views. Himba Tribes Meet the semi-nomadic Himba, well-known for their long hair matted with red clay. Their lifestyle remains very traditional - spend some time in a village and you'll experience a way of life completely different from your own.
