If you are lucky you will spot one of the rhinos resident in the park, or catch a glimpse of the elusive leopard. Serengeti Spending a full day traversing the grasslands of the Serengeti, you can see an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes and cheetahs. Lake Natron The turquoise waters of Lake Natron are home to huge numbers of flamingos, creating a spectacular sight. An optional scenic hike takes you up to a waterfall which you can swim under (additional charge). Lake Manyara The lush greenery surrounding Lake Manyara makes for a very different wildlife experience. In the mighty jungle you can catch monkeys playing in the trees and elephants making their way through the bushes. Is it suitable for my family? Minimum age: 8 years. You are expected to put up your own tent but a camp assistant/cook takes care of most chores and food preparation.
