Kotor & Kayaks Take to your kayak across the clear blue water from Prcanj to Kotor, one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean. In Kotor you walk along the city's ramparts that protect the town from the sea. Adventure Park & Mountain Views After visiting a farm to taste locally made cheese and prosciutto climb the summit of Jezerski Vrh for views over Montenegro. Then, head to an obstacle course in the trees to bring out your inner Tarzan. Lakes & Villages Visit Budva and Sveti Stefan, once a pre-eminent resort in Yugoslavia. You can enjoy the fantastic beaches here before a boat trip on Lake Skader which will help you uncover some of the history of the area. Historic Dubrovnik Cross back to Croatia and have a wander through the famous city of Dubrovnik. The winding streets are fascinating and make a great place to end your trip.

Insider's view
Montenegro has only been in existence since 2006, and I for one was not going to miss the chance to visit. The diverse geography of this country is what makes it so appealing.
