Open your eyes to the mysteries of Ancient Egypt and explore the wonders of the Pharaohs on this inspirational school trip. Bring history to life, visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Valley of the Kings. Then cruise along the Nile in a traditional felucca. Pass farmers tending to their crops, stop by colourful markets and temples and soak up a way of life unchanged for centuries.

Day 1 Fly to Cairo airport and transfer
to your hotel.

Day6ValleyoftheKings Explore
the famous tombs of the pharaohs and learn about Tutankhamun and Queen Hatshepsut. Day7Karnak See the statues and obelisks of the temple of Karnak. In the evening, board your train for an overnight journey back to Cairo. Day 8 Fly home Arrive in Cairo with free time until your departure flight back to the UK. (Activities can be arranged by us) Anyone in good health should be able to take part in this comprehensive trip, there is no physical difficulty involved. Day 2 Cairo Visit the Great Pyramids
of Giza, the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Catch the overnight train to Aswan. Day 3/4 Aswan Visit the High Dam and enjoy Aswan's more laid back charms. Explore a Nubian bazaar. The following day board a traditional felucca for a Nile cruise. Optional camel trek to St. Simeons monastery Day5KomOmbo/Luxor Travel to Luxor and visit the temple of Kom Ombo along the way.
