Day 1 Fly to Toulouse; drive to Andorra. Day 2 Pessons Lake For your first
Spain then get ready to begin your white water rafting experience. This area is well-known for its rapids, which will certainly get your adrenaline pumping! Day 6 Porte de Puymorens Spend this morning flying over the lakes on a series of zip wires. After a breather for lunch you set off for an afternoon cycling around the lake. Day 7 Incles Valley A walk in the Incles Valley takes you to a beautiful lake, where there is the chance to have a refreshing dip. Day 8 Drive to Toulouse and fly home.

This centre-based activity holiday uses simple but comfortable accommodation. Activities are tailored to the group's ability. Day 3 Smugglers' Route A 4WD excursion along the old smugglers' route affords some breathtaking views. Then, take to your bike for a thrilling off-road descent back. Day 4 Optional activities Today has been left free for you to choose from the many activities that are on offer. You may decide to go zip wiring, try your hand at via ferrata or canyoning, or relax in some thermal baths (all activities at additional charge).
