Day 2 Prague Full day in Prague, with village of Holasovice, a World Heritage Site, en route to the quaint town of Cesky Krumlov. Day 4/5 Vienna Visit Telc; continue to the wonderful city of Vienna; full day sightseeing and free time; optional evening music concert (additional charge). Day 6/7 Budapest Transfer to Budapest, stopping in the medieval village of Sopron en route. Guided sightseeing including the artists' colony of Szentendre. Optional evening boat cruise along the Danube (additional charge). Day 8 Eger Visit the famous cave complex and enjoy local wine tasting. Levoca in Slovakia. This afternoon you visit Spis Castle then move on to Stary Smokovec in the Tatra Mountains. After a short transfer to Tatranska Lomnica, take a cable car to Skalnate Pleso Lake (1,751m) before walking back passing beautiful waterfalls. Day 11 Smokovec to Krakow Free morning in Stary Smokovec; transfer to Krakow. Day 12 Krakow Morning city tour of Poland's finest medieval city, visiting the old market, Mariacki Church and Jewish Quarter; afternoon free or optional visit to the famous Wieliczka salt mine (additonal charge). Day 13 Krakow Free day; optional visit to Auschwitz (additonal charge). Day 14 Fly home. Essentials Day 9/10 Tatra Mountains Drive on to This is a relaxed itinerary with a few long driving days. There is some walking involved on a few days, but this is gentle and not like mountain hiking (it is also optional).
