Kas, adventure capital of the Mediterranean, is a great base for your week of thrills on the Lycian Coast. From this charming port, you'll get your adrenaline flowing with all sorts of activities, from SCUBA diving and sea kayaking over the underwater ruins of Kekova to mountain biking and walking. By night this small town is also a hive of activity with many seafront restaurants and lively bars. What a great way to spend a week!

Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Dalaman and transfer to Kas. Day 2 Sea kayaking You begin your Day 4 Mountain biking Today you take to two wheels for an exciting downhill mountain bike excursion from the peaks above Kas back to base. Day 5/6 Kas You have two free days to relax and enjoy Kas' cobbled streets and laid-back atmosphere, or, for those with adrenaline to spare, go for a spot of optional canyoning or coasteering - an exhilarating activity including swimming, scrambling and jumping along rocky coastlines. (additional charge). You transfer back to Dalyan at the end of the day. Day 7 Dalyan Today you take a cruise down the Caunos River, where you can discover little visited Roman ruins, rock tombs as well as cover yourself in mud at a Roman bath. Day 8 Fly home.
Essentials
A busy week, though none of the included activities are compulsory. No experience is required for diving, rafting or kayaking as instruction is provided. An ability to swim is essential. Activities can be tailored to the ability of the group. All optional activities are at an additional charge. Additional costs are available in the Trip Notes. week by paddling sea kayaks over the remains of the sunken city of Kekova, which lie submerged in a few metres of translucent, turquoise water. Returning to Kas in the evening you can try one (or more!) of the many restaurants and bars, or why not try night snorkelling! (additional charge) Day 3 Diving Kas is renowned as one of the best dive sites in the Mediterranean and you'll have the opportunity for an exhilarating SCUBA experience. There's a `try dive' for beginners and a dive included for those who are qualified.

This was my first Adventure Company trip and I found the range of activities diverse enough to cater to all abilities. I was particularly glad that I overcame my fear of scuba diving, with the help of the very patient and expert instructors! I would gladly do this trip and visit the charming town of Kas again.
