Day 3/4 Udaipur Explore the city of Udaipur, where the City Palace overlooks the renowned Lake Palace Hotel, surrounded by water on all sides. Day 5/6 Ranakpur Continue to Ranakpur; situated amongst the Aravali Hills, it has one of the most important Jain temples in India. Day 7/8 Jodhpur Visit Meherangarh Fort, with views over the blue Brahmin houses of Jodhpur. Day 9-11 Jaisalmer Head to the desert city of Jaisalmer, where you will find plenty of superb photo opportunities. Day 12 Bikaner Next you travel deeper into the Thar Desert to Bikaner, a delightful old walled city.
