Day 2/3 Fez Two full days of sightseeing as you explore Meknes, Moulay Idriss and the Roman ruins of Volubilis en route to Fez, where a local guide shows you the incredible sights of the city. Day 4/5 Merzouga Journey to the Sahara Desert, where a day trip into the Great Sand Sea will astound you with an idea of the true vastness of this desert landscape. Day 6 Todra Gorge Explore Todra Gorge on foot and by road, before travelling to a kasbah hotel in Boumalne. Valley of the Roses before exploring the Essentials famous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. The desert castles made of sand have been well preserved over the centuries. Day 8/9 Marrakech Explore old Marrakech on a guided orientation tour of the city and enjoy free timeto explore the atmospheric alleyways of the souks. Day 10/11 Essaouira Travel to the coast to relax and savour the atmosphere in the fishing town and former pirates' lair of Essaouira. Day 12 Marrakech Return for your last night in exotic Marrakech and watch the Djemaa el-Fna come alive at night. Day 13 Fly home.
