Day 8 Fly home. Essentials Camping is in large communal Bedouin-style tents with basic facilities. As you might expect in the desert, there will be no water for washing for 3-4 days. There is a long driving day to get to Marrakech. This is a wonderful experience bringing you closer to the local way of life. Day 3-5 Camel trek After loading your camels you head out through the great palmeraie of the Draa Valley. Riding and walking, you'll pass scenes of everyday life with villagers at wells drawing water or collecting grass and dates. You'll marvel at the crumbling kasbahs, deep river beds and oases set amongst shifting dunes of sand. Day 6 Ait Benhaddou Drive to Marrakech via Ait Benhaddou kasbah, one of the best preserved in the country and made famous by the film Gladiator.
