The Alexsey Maryshev and Grigoriy Mikheev are modern, comfortable research vessels built in Finland in 1990. Both ships have icestrengthened hulls designed for sailing in polar waters. Converted for passenger use in The Netherlands they carry up to 46 passengers in triple and twin cabins with private or shared facilities. These small ships provide a great opportunity to explore the remote polar areas with a small group of fellow travellers. They both have a cosy bar where passengers can read, relax and have a drink while discussing their days adventures.

Four adventure ships, originally designed and built in Finland for polar and oceanographic research. Small and manoeuvrable, these icestrengthened vessels are capable of venturing into the remote corners of the world many larger ships cannot. Continually refurbished since conversion for passenger use, they carry up to 50 travellers in comfortable twin and triple cabins, some with shared facilities, some with private facilities. All cabins have a window or porthole and each has a writing desk and ample storage space. The atmosphere onboard is relaxed and informal.
