Limits Most sections of your Policy have limits on the amount we will pay under that section. Some sections have specific inner limits. (for example, valuables). Please check your Policy to ensure the cover is adequate for your needs. Excess Under most sections of your Policy, claims will be subject to an excess unless you have purchased an excess waiver. This means that you will be responsible for paying the first part of each and every claim per incident per section for each insured person. Reasonable Care You must take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property as if you were not insured.
The law applicable to this policy You and we are free to choose the laws applicable to this policy. As we are based in England we propose to apply the laws of England and Wales and by purchasing this policy you have agreed to this. Claims Making a claim could not be easier. All you need to do is telephone our dedicated claims team between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday on 0845 60 50 460.
