Cuba Cuba is bursting with personality, with beautiful regions that are waiting to be enjoyed. You could stretch out on the magnificent, unspoiled beaches of the Holguin area, see flocks of flamingo in the Cayos and swim with friendly dolphins in Varadero. While the stunning Spanish colonial city of Havana is simply unmissable! Havana Why not pay a visit to the Cuban capital, where you could take in Revolution Square in the morning, sip a cool Cuba Libre in one of Hemingways favourite bars at lunchtime, and then mambo and rumba at the Tropicana club well into the evening. See pages 64-65 for details of twin-centre breaks in Havana. The Cayos This is the choice to make for miles of stunning white sands, warm shallow waters, watersports and stunning natural beauty. Cayo Coco has flocks of pretty pink flamingo, while Cayo St Maria, boasts some of Cuba s warmest temperatures. Cayo Guillermo has an amazing 10km long coral reef that is perfect for snorkelling. Trinidad Just a few rows of cobblestone streets and plazas, with attractive pastel-coloured 18th century houses, Trinidad is a small piece of history preserved in time thanks to its UNESCO World Heritage Site status.
