Booking & Prices
Your wedding can be booked by your travel agent in conjunction with a holiday from one of the current editions in the range of Thomas Cook, Thomas Cook Signature, Airtours, Manos or Panorama. The prices quoted in this supplement are for the wedding package only. This must be added to the price of your holiday as shown in the appropriate brochure. Your travel agent can book your wedding package by calling our dedicated Thomas Cook Weddings Line on 0870 010 4592. be converted into UK specifications, and some photographers may require payment on the day - usually in local currency. Prices for UK airport parking with Holiday Extras include complimentary transfers where the airport terminal is not within walking distance. UK Airport Lounges include a choice of soft drinks, tea and coffee, alcoholic beverages (excluding champagne), snacks, newspapers and magazines. Airport lounges are generally not available to families with children under the age of 12.

Group bookings
Several hotels throughout this brochure provide their own group offers, which are clearly marked under the relevant hotel names. These offers can only be organised at the time of booking your wedding and cannot be added on at a later date. If any passengers cancel at a later date and the number of adults travelling drops below the required number, this offer will no longer be valid. Day passes may be required for guests not staying at the same hotel as the bride and groom. Your family and friends may be charged a fee to use the facilities at your hotel, including on the wedding day itself. This price will vary from hotel to hotel, and there may be a charge for both day and night visits.
What the price of your wedding package includes
The price of your wedding includes the items or services we have listed next to each individual hotel and wedding package combination in this Guide. Unless shown separately in this Guide, prices may also include taxes or charges imposed by local authorities in the country that you are planning to marry, these charges may be in addition to any charges detailed in connection with legal requirements (pages 90-97). Please note that in some instances travel to a local government establishment in resort may be required, and this is not included in the cost of the wedding package. The price shown is a from price representing the lowest price for the advertised wedding package for the dates mentioned in this Guide. Depending on time of year and peak periods, a higher price may apply. In most cases the wedding package price will not be more than £200 above the advertised from price. Please note that we do reserve the right to increase or decrease wedding package prices, particularly as a result of changes to charges or taxes set by local authorities or increased costs passed on by hotels or wedding administrators. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of what is included in the wedding package and prices of the package at the time of printing this Guide, changes may have been made and regrettably errors may occasionally occur. We will advise you of the latest price applying when you book and please check all details of your chosen wedding package and holiday package (including the price) before you confirm your booking. This edition of the Thomas Cook Weddings supplement is valid until such time as a subsequent edition is published.
Luggage allowance
Please remember that the total weight of your suitcase must not exceed the stated allowance on your ticket. Baggage allowances range from 15kgs to 30kgs per person, so double check with the relevant airline before setting out for the airport.

Important
The Thomas Cook Weddings supplement does not stand alone and forms an integral part of the main Thomas Cook,, Airtours, Manos or Panorama brochures. Customers must refer to these brochures for the booking conditions and general holiday information. Customers attention however is specifically drawn to the fact that charges are levied in respect of customer cancellation as outlined in these brochures. Thomas Cooks legal liability is limited according to relevant international conventions. The charge to cancel a wedding is from £100; this will increase by our normal scale of cancellation charges up to 100% within 7 days of departure. If cancelling your whole holiday, full cancellation charges will apply as per the above holiday brochures. Please note that there will be a charge of £50 to cancel free wedding packages, this is to cover administration costs. If you want to make any changes to your booking an amendment fee of £30 will be added to the cost of your wedding to cover administration costs.
Changes to wedding prices after you have booked Surcharges
Please note that once you have booked, we reserve the right to pass on changes to wedding package prices by way of Surcharges. Details of our Surcharge policy can be found in the corresponding main edition brochure from which your chosen package holiday is featured. Please also refer to general holiday information and booking conditions in the relevant brochure for full details.
Legal requirements
You will find specific legal requirements are detailed on pages 9097. It is usually necessary that you reside at your destination for a minimum period of days before the wedding ceremony can take place (see individual countries requirements for details). Please note if you do not have all the legal documents required your wedding will not take place. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all documents required and that you take all originals and certified copies of all documents with you to resort. Thomas Cook cannot be held responsible for failure to do so. Documents must be sent to Thomas Cook at least 12 weeks prior to departure, for weddings in Antigua (selected hotels only), St Lucia (selected hotels only), Bahamas, Grenada, Turks & Caicos, Malaysia, Zanzibar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Thailand, Bali, South Africa, Jamaica, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Cuba, Kos, Crete, Halkidiki, Rhodes, Skiathos, Zante, Santorini, Turkey, Italy and Malta. We wish to draw your attention to some important information: Property Claims These claims are settled based on the value of the property at the time you lose it and not on the cost of buying new items. Your Policy will set out the claims procedure. Unattended property and valuables, as defined in the policy wording, are not insured. Limits Most sections of your Policy have limits on the amount we will pay under that section. Some sections have specific inner limits. (for example, valuables). Please check your Policy to ensure the cover is adequate for your needs. Excess Under most sections of your Policy, claims will be subject to an excess unless you have purchased an excess waiver. This means that you will be responsible for paying the first part of each and every claim per incident per section for each insured person. Reasonable Care You must take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property as if you were not insured. The law applicable to this cover You and we are free to choose the laws applicable to this policy. As we are based in England we propose to apply the laws of England and Wales and by purchasing this policy you have agreed to this. Claims Making a claim could not be easier. All you need to do is telephone our dedicated claims team between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday on 0845 60 50 460. Wedding ceremonies
Ceremonies are not scheduled for weekends or national holidays. The relevant tourist board will be able to give you up-to-date information on national holidays in your chosen destination.
Wedding venues
You will be allocated a wedding venue within the hotel. Other locations maybe available subject to a charge and payable locally.

Wedding representatives
The full service of dedicated Thomas Cook wedding representatives is only available in the Dominican Republic (Puerto Plata resorts only), Florida, Italy (Sorrento only) and Cyprus. The level of service available will depend upon the size of the programme in each destination. Your wedding co-ordinator will endeavour to assist with any request, however this is subject to local availability.
Extras
All hotels offer Pre-bookable "extras", such as photos, videos, music etc (payment is required locally and may be in cash). Prices shown are approximate and can vary considerably from hotel to hotel and are subject to availability and change without notice. Please remember photographic and video facilities are limited in some countries and therefore the quality may differ considerably from UK standards, therefore Thomas Cook holds no responsibility for the quality or availability of "extras".
