KOS
Kardamena
You know what they say, it's always the unassuming ones you need to watch out for like the quiet girl who sits in the corner of the office. The same applies to Kos. With its top nights and great beaches, it's a town that's really come out of its shell to bare all.

Kos has all your favourites, from Chinese and Indian, to fast food and pizza. It also does a tidy line in local stuff, like pastitsio a baked lasagne-style dish and red cheese cheese baked with red wine. Long story short, you're sorted, whether you fancy egg and chips or traditional Greek.
FACT
Famous ancient Greek physician Hippocrates was born in Kos. Seen as the Godfather of Western medicine, he pretty much revolutionised the field and ended up writing the Hippocratic Oath taken by doctors who swear to practice medicine ethically.
