Famous author Truman Capote once said Venice is like eating an entire box of chocolate liqueurs in one go. And that's an accurate description of this whole cruise - not just your second stop. First up is Slovenia. Tread the cobbles of Koper's Medieval old town. Or head for the Postojna Caves. Then set your sights on Italy to embark on a love affair with the city that brought us Casanova. St Mark's Square is where the star sights line up. St Mark's Basilica. The Doge's Palace. The Bridge of Sighs. Then, of course, there's the Grand Canal. After that, it's time to discover Croatia. The old town's the star, with its steep cobbled streets, tall houses and old churches. And the city's backdrop is just as impressive - all swaying cypress trees and bright bougainvillea. On the subject of scenery, you're in danger of overdosing on it at your last stop Montenegro. Think sparkling lakes, mountains and soft sands. While you're here, take in the town of Budva - a millionaire's playground.
