This cruise kicks off with Norways capital, Oslo. Point your camera at the fabulous Norwegian architecture. Chill out in the sculpture-studded Vigeland Park. Or delve into Norways fascinating past at the Viking Ship Museum. Your next stop is Swedens second biggest city, Gothenburg. Its often likened to San Francisco because, like the American city, its all bridges, hills and trams. The famous Avenyns a great place to start. The citys main thoroughfare, its got the highest density of restaurants in Sweden, so its the place to savour the great food that Gothenburgs known for. Next its Copenhagens turn in the spotlight. This Danish delight has been ranked one of the worlds best cities to live in - and its easy to see why. Its the largest city in Scandinavia but somehow its managed to retain a provincial, small-town atmosphere thatll hook you from the word go. Think gabled houses, tiny winding streets and a skyline dominated by spires. Take a wander down Stroget, where entertainers perform outside pavement cafés. And see the Little Mermaid - the citys small but perfectly formed symbol. Last but by no means least, its Aarhuss turn to shine. Dont miss a wander round the citys old town - its cobblestones are crammed with architectural gems youll love.
