This place is set on a hillside, looking out over the Med � which means as well as great views, you've got a small sandy beach on the doorstep. What's more, Fertilla, with a few local shops and restaurants is a ten-minute walk away. The hotel itself has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the views. The main swimming pool has a front-row seat, and is surrounded by a huge terrace. There's another smaller pool, too, that cascades down the hillside. Both are lined with loungers and parasols, and there's also a bar that serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. The hotel bedrooms are housed in low-level building, with trademark Mediterranean exterior � think whitewashed walls and wooden shutters wrapped in climbing vines. Inside, they're simply dressed in a palette of ocean blues and greens. Each one comes with air-conditioning and a satellite TV, and you can ask for a sea view. Elsewhere, you'll find the restaurant. It serves up traditional Italian dishes, together with plenty of fresh fish and seafood. Head outside to eat for breakfast and lunch and you can enjoy a side order of sea views.
