If you're looking for a room with a view, they don't come any better than the Hotel Marinedda. It's tucked into a hillside overlooking a beach, so panoramic seascapes come as standard. What's more, you're just a 5-minute walk from the beach itself, and 15-minutes from Isola Rossa. Head inside and the look is rustic chic. We're talking bedrooms dressed in soft pastels or rich yellows, with exposed stone brickwork and chestnut beams completing the look. But for the ultimate relaxation fix, head for the Roman-style spa. This soothing sanctuary draws on the mineral-rich saltwater of Sardinia to offer up myriad ways to unwind. Everything from hydro-massage to seaweed facials is on the R&R list.
