illa Lu Barranch's proximity to beaches as well as the historical enchantment of Alghero make it an ideal setting to completely unwind in. Whether that be under the shade of the large terrace or sitting on a sunlounger around the pool, these are perfect vantage points to take in the breathtaking panoramic sea views towards Capo Caccia. Steps lead up to the spacious terrace and main entrance where French windows cast an abundance of light into the living/dining room. The interior style is simple with modern, comfortable furniture. There are beautifully maintained gardens at the front of the villa and a shaded barbecue area. The house itself is typical of those in this area with one floor at partially lower ground level helping to keep temperatures cool, especially at night. On the lower floor there is a spacious twin room and single room with a shared shower room. Whitewashed walls ensure the comfortable rooms are also bright and airy. Marble steps from this level lead up to the kitchenette and openplan living/dining room, and the master bedroom is also on this floor with an adjacent shower room. On those rare few days when the lure of the swimming pool and the lovely gardens isn't enough to keep you satisfied you'll find there is much to explore and experience in this area of Sardinia with the nearest beach and Alghero itself only a 15 minute drive away. The best way to explore the old city is to leave your car in one of the local car parks and explore the fascinating labyrinth of alleys and cobbled streets on foot.
