The layout of the interior has been well thought out, maximizing the available space, while the mature gardens with palm trees and established flower beds make a peaceful setting. Only the ground floor of the villa is accessible, making it a good choice for families with young children or for the less mobile. There's a very comfortable and uncluttered feel inside. Reddish floor tiles contrast with the pale walls and light fabric of the soft furnishings. The kitchen is bright with pine units and pretty blue Majorcan tiles. And in the open-plan living and dining room, the open fireplace makes an attractive centrepiece. Outside, the private swimming pool takes pride of place.
