It'd be criminal to kick off a description of this hotel without paying serious homage to the location. It's just across the road from a wide, sweeping beach so you can be stretched out in the sun within seconds of finishing your breakfast. What's more, it's sandwiched between a pair of Spanish coast favourites - Salou and Cambrils. You don't have to choose between the two - with this place you get the best of both worlds. And if you don't fancy the walk along the promenade, there's a regular bus that stops right nearby so you'll have no trouble getting to either place. As to the hotel itself, formerly known as Cambrils Princess, it's a bright, beachfront titan with a great pool complex. There are plenty of sunbeds to go round and a bar nearby when you're ready for a pool-side cocktail. Food-wise, there's a bright, sunny restaurant serving up buffet-style meals. And when you've had your fill in the evening, check out some of the entertainment - live music, cabaret, disco, there's always something going on. On the subject of rooms, you can look forward to a spacious, air-conditioned sanctuary with cool white walls, light-wood furniture and tile floors. Each one has its own balcony and they've all been kitted out with things like satellite TV, a safe and a minibar so you've got everything you need for a comfy stay. There are all sorts of extras here, too, like tennis, mini-golf and a fully-equipped fitness room. And it's a hit with families thanks to the separate children's pool and special kids' entertainment. Oh, and there's another pull for pint-sized holidaymakers - it's right near world famous theme park, Port Aventura. They can be whizzing down chutes inside 15 minutes. It's like we said, on the location front, this hotel really has got a lot to shout about.
