Belek

Lara Beach

Coarse, golden sand stretches as far as the eye can see and shelves gently into the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean. From rustic bazaars to sophisticated malls flaunting wellknown British brands, nearby Antalya is awash with shopping opportunities. Lara Beach itself has plenty of hotels boasting minimarkets and souvenir shops. The nightlife in Lara Beach is limited to hotel entertainment. For more variety, Antalya boasts a myriad of bars, clubs and discos, mainly centred around the harbour area. For a true Turkish insight, visit a live music venue and immerse yourself in the rhythms of 'halk' and 'turku'. The hotels offer traditional Turkish dishes and international meals. Head to Antalya's winding streets for a more intimate dining experience where you can enjoy your food beneath a clear, star studded sky.
Kemer
Location 45km from the airport Transfer time 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins
Kemer's location is a haven for swimming, sunbathing and generally relaxing. Based around two beaches and with a dramatic backdrop of pine-clad mountains, this elegant beach resort has everything at hand for a perfect break. It's well-suited for a family beach holiday. Moonlight Beach is a beautiful crescent of sand and pebbles backed by verdant green grass and pines which offers a range of watersports in high season. In between this and the second, more pebbly beach, lies the upmarket and elegant yacht marina. In this purpose-built resort, shopping consists of chic boutiques mixed with typically Turkish shops. A foray into Antalya will sate any shopaholic's voracious appetite! In the evenings, Kemer can get quite lively in high season. There are late bars and even a couple of discos to choose from. The resort offers a good range of cafés and restaurants, catering for the many tastes of its international clientele.
Golf in Belek
Belek is now one of the fastest growing golf resorts in the Med. Seven world-class golf courses enjoy the benefits of the sunny climate, spectacular scenery and an exciting mix of attractions.
