Described as the most spectacular train journey in the world, the Rocky Mountaineer is a two day, 600 mile rail extravaganza through the Canadian Rockies, that provides a unique experience to be simply closer to this stunning scenery. Operating from Vancouver to Calgary, and in reverse
from Calgary to Vancouver, with an overnight stop in Kamloops, the train is fully air-conditioned with comfortable reclining seats and large panoramic windows. On board attendants provide an interesting commentary and serve breakfast, lunch and drinks to you in the comfort of your own seat. The Rocky Mountaineer GoldLeaf Service provides an upgrade facility from the standard RedLeaf Service, to assigned seating, upstairs in the luxury double decker glass roof carriage. With the GoldLeaf private dining lounge on the lower deck, the emphasis is on 5 star service. The following itinerary features the west-bound Calgary to Vancouver route.

DAY 1
CALGARY · BANFF · KAMLOOPS
Board the Rocky Mountaineer in the early morning and depart from Calgary Rail Station. Travel through the rolling foothills and into the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Stop briefly in Banff before crossing the Continental Divide, through the Spiral Tunnels, over Stoney Creek Bridge and through Rogers Pass before arriving in Kamloops in the early evening and overnighting at one of the town's many hotels. Please note that RedLeaf guests will require an overnight bag for their stay in Kamloops, as suitcases are stowed for the duration of the journey.

Two River Junction Dinner & Musical Review During your stay in Kamloops why not experience western Canadian hospitality with fun, food and music at the Two River Junction Dinner and Musical Review. From the delicious buffet to tales of Billy Miner, a notorious train robber, your enjoyable evening will add to the overall Rocky Mountaineer experience. Included in the price are the buffet dinner, musical show, non-alcoholic beverages, meal gratuity and coach transfers to and from your Kamloops hotel. Price per person: £35 for RedLeaf guests £25 for GoldLeaf guests. Please note for GoldLeaf guests this option is at a reduced price as it replaces your included evening meal. Departing Kamloops this morning, we continue our journey aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, travelling through the ranchlands of the South Thompson River and following the banks of the mighty Fraser River. Through the Coastal Mountains and past the rushing waters of Hell's Gate before we begin our descent and arrive in Vancouver in the late afternoon. Rocky Mountaineer operate a totally non-smoking policy.

· Guests enjoy two days aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, with assigned seating. Continental breakfast will be included each morning followed by lunch. Complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft drinks, are also available. · One night's accommodation in Kamloops, based on two people sharing a twin room, on a room only basis. Rocky Mountaineer and not Titan Travel undertake the allocation of the Kamloops hotel. · Round trip transfers between the Rocky Mountaineer and your Kamloops hotel. · Return VIP Home Departure ServiceTM transfer from London Heathrow Airport to your home. Please note that overseas transfers between your hotel and Vancouver or Calgary rail station or the airport are not included within this package. Additional accommodation will also be required in Vancouver or Calgary at the end of the package. It may also be necessary to book accommodation prior to the commencement of your holiday addition to coincide with the schedule of the Rocky Mountaineer. Although we and our clients can thoroughly recommend the RedLeaf Service, the GoldLeaf service guarantees you a seat in the GoldLeaf dome coach, offering you a panoramic view of the spectacular Rocky Mountains. All aspects of service have been upgraded with gourmet meals being served to you in the dining car, with picture windows to ensure you do not miss any of the spectacular scenery. Once you arrive into Kamloops for the overnight stay, your luggage will be delivered to your room and your evening meal is also included.
