Plus Niagara
Symbol of Canada, the maple is seen in luxuriant profusion on this tour as we explore terrain that often exceeds New England for colour and, in its poetic natural beauty, is incomparable with anywhere else in the world. Here we encounter the vast wooded Laurentian mountain range and the communities that delight in this magnificent backdrop. We drive along the unspoiled Charlevoix Coast to make contact with nature's largest mammal, the whale, on our included lunch cruise. We are at leisure to experience the charms of old Quebec City, sophisticated Toronto and dramatic Niagara Falls. Finally we immerse ourselves in the rustic tranquillity of the Eastern Townships, the valleys and the commanding heights of the Appalachians, a largely undiscovered paradise on earth. In spring or fall, this tour is a feast of scenic delight.
