The beauty of the River Seine and its quaint villages and colourful scenery have been the inspiration of many famous artists for centuries. Our cruise aboard the comfortable MS Seine Princess with full board throughout enables one to explore the highlights of Paris as well as historic Les Andelys, Rouen and Honfleur - all for an exceptional tariff. We recognise that many clients now like the freedom to arrange their own travel to Paris and this is an ideal opportunity to do so. Alternatively we would be happy to book scheduled flights for you.
ITINERARY - DAY 1 Arrive Paris independently with transfers readily available to Quai de Bercy to embark the MS Seine Princess or MS Renoir. Welcome cocktail and dinner. Evening cruise on the Seine (dependent on water level) passing the illuminated sites including the Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Orangerie, Louvre and Notre-Dame Cathedral. (D) DAY 2 Cruise through stunning countryside and quaint towns. Arrive in the beautiful village of Les Andelys for an optional tour of Chateau de Vascaeuil+. Continue to Rouen, and discover the cathedral, historical district and Old Market Place where Joan of Arc was burnt. Optional walking tour+. (B,L,D) DAY 3 Arrive Honfleur. Optional morning sightseeing tour on foot of this picturesque town+. Optional afternoon sightseeing tour to the Cote Fleurie, Trouville and Deauville including a visit to a Calvados distillery+. (B,L,D) DAY 4 Relax and enjoy a cruise on the scenic River Seine passing beautiful landscapes and scenery to Conflans Sainte Honorine. Farewell dinner onboard. Explore Venice and its Lagoon from your comfortable base, the MS Michelangelo, where not only is full board included in the tariff but the itinerary enables one to enjoy Venice at a relaxed pace. We recognise that with the expansion of low cost airlines many clients now like the freedom to arrange their own flights so this is an ideal opportunity to do so. Alternatively we would be happy to book scheduled flights for you. Included cruises of the Venetian Lagoon and Bay and many optional excursions available provide a unique perspective on a most inspiring city.
ITINERARY - DAY 1 Arrive Venice independently with transfers readily available to the Passenger Terminal Dock to embark the MS Michelangelo (embarkation 1700 1900) for a four-night cruise on a full board basis. At 1930 the ship moves to the Quay of 7 Martyrs enabling a more convenient location to explore the city. Welcome cocktail. (D) DAY 2 Included morning cruise on the picturesque Venice Lagoon. Afternoon free to discover Venice or enjoy an optional excursion to the islands of Burano and Murano+. At Murano visit the glass museum or step into a studio to watch this beautiful glass-blowing tradition. DAY 3 A full day free for exploration of Venice easily discovered on foot. Relax on a gondola ride or join an optional morning guided tour visiting Saint Marks Square and Doges Palace+. (B,L,D) DAY 4 Included morning cruise on the beautiful Venetian Bay arriving at Chioggia with free time to explore. Optional afternoon visit to Padova+. Return to Venice for a farewell dinner.
