ITINERARY - DAY 1 Embark the m/s Marco Polo at Tilbury for your seven-night cruise. National Express coaching to London and rail travel from your local train station available. Exclusive transfer for Marco Polo passengers from London Victoria and car parking at Tilbury available. Set sail 1730. (D) DAY 2 Cruise the North Sea to Norway. (B,L,D) DAY 3 Arrive Ulvik 0730 . Located on the Southern side of the mighty Hardangerfjord, Ulvik is the disembarkation point for passengers taking optional overland tours to surrounding lakes, mountains and glaciers. Depart 1230. Arrive Eidfjord 1430 - gateway to the Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau, an area of glaciers and spectacular lakes. Depart 1800. (B,L,D) DAY 4 Arrive Flam 0900. Travel on the remarkable narrow Gauge Flam railway at Myrdal for views of mountains, valleys and cascading waterfalls along the way. Depart 1730. (B,L,D) DAY 5 Arrive Hellesylt 0900 . This tiny Viking village is tucked away between forested hillsides and the deep blue waters of Sunnylvsfjord. This is the perfect starting point for one of the Fjordlands most popular overland tours via Stryn, Tystigen and towering Mt Dalsnibba to Geiranger. This is the most photogenic of all the fjords in the world. Depart 1030. Arrive Geiranger 1200 one of the most photographed scenes in Norway. The voyage along the fjord passing famous waterfalls such as De Syv Søstre (The Seven Sisters) which is spectacular whilst Geiranger has a charm all of its own. Depart 1800. (B,L,D) DAY 6 Arrive Bergen 0900. Norway's second city is rich in Viking and Hanseatic history with its collection of restored wooden buildings which is now a World Heritage Site. Depart 1800.
