Begins with prompt and efficient handling of your enquiries and bookings by our sales staff, who have detailed knowledge of all our holidays. Every holiday is accompanied by one of our top-quality tour managers, trained by us in the Titan way of service. Our coach companies will always provide us with top-ofthe-range vehicles wherever possible and coach captains, many of whom have been driving Titan clients over the years, chosen for their care and expertise. All hotels and venues used by us are regularly checked for standards of service and courtesy. And because we value your opinion of our holidays we respond with a personal letter to everyone who writes to us.
Titan value
Becomes obvious when you examine what is contained in our holidays. We include a full range of excursions, entrances to many attractions and some meals and entertainment. All local taxes and airport security charges are included in the price we exclude only overseas immigration handling charges at borders and airport improvement charges, where passengers are required to pay individually at the airports concerned. Unlike other operators, we also include the fuel surcharges which are imposed by the airlines to cover the high price of oil and which, at the time of going to press, are up to £86 per person on long haul flights. Also bear in mind that our VIP Home Departure ServiceTM saves you pounds, as well as inconvenience, as airport parking alone can run into hundreds of pounds for longer holidays.

Means that every aspect of your holiday has been arranged and checked first hand by ourselves. Our Product Creation Managers have intimate knowledge of the countries in which we operate and are responsible for those little extra touches, as well as the picturesque routings, that make every Titan holiday unique. Some companies miss out important features in the areas their tours cover or invite you to pay extra to see them. You can be certain with Titan that you will miss nothing of importance - and it will all be included in the price.
Titan choice
Means we not only offer top-quality tours to most parts of the world, we also offer the widest possible choice of dates on the majority of them, except where weather is seasonal, in which case we travel only in the best touring months. As all our holidays are exclusive and we do not carry clients from any other operator, they are subject to a minimum number of people booking. Our bookings come many months in advance and should a cancellation be necessary you will have plenty of warning (at least two months before departure) and a suitable alternative date or holiday will usually be readily available.
