We begin with Titan's VIP Home Departure ServiceTM to London Heathrow or Gatwick and your scheduled British Airways flight to Nice. On arrival we transfer to the Holiday Inn Nice where dinner is included this evening.
DAY 2
NICE
This morning we have arranged for a walking tour of Nice, allowing you to acquaint yourself with its many appealing squares and architecture. This afternoon is at leisure for you to explore further, you may wish to have a walk along the Promenade des Anglais, the main beach road that began as a coastal path built during the early 19th Century by the town's English residents for their afternoon seaside stroll. Relax in one of the many cafes and restaurants to be found in the delightful old town, or take a trip to the Parc du Chateau from which you can enjoy splendid views of the town and sweeping bay.
The city of Arles in the heart of Provence is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and unique Provencal light that inspired so many artists, and of course was home to Van Gogh during his most productive period. Once known as the `Little Rome of Gaul', the city is filled with Roman antiquity and during your included walking tour you will encounter the Roman Amphitheatre, Town Hall Square and the St Trophime Cathedral dating back to the 12th century, the museum Espace Van Gogh and Constantines Roman Baths. Early evening sailing, arriving Avignon late tonight.

DAY 3
NICE · AIX EN PROVENCE · ARLES
We depart Nice during the morning and drive through the countryside to Aix en Provence, famous as the birthplace of Paul Cezanne. On arrival we have arranged for a short guided tour including the Cours Mirabeau, the main boulevard adorned with fountains, richly decorated facades and ramparts. After free time for lunch we continue to Arles where the River Royale awaits us for embarkation.
Arles
Today we visit Avignon where the exiled Popes held their Papal seats in the 14th century. Enclosed by medieval walls, the Palace is one of Provence's most celebrated sights and during your included walking tour you can visit the ceremonial rooms, chapels and apartments with their priceless frescos. Enjoy a stroll around the town and view the famous Pont Benezet reaching across the river. Afternoon sailing and this evening you dine in style at the Captain's Welcome Dinner.
