British Columbia's favoured provincial capital of Victoria is the setting for our Killer Whale-watching adventure and from where we set out, for our half day cruise into the magnificent Straits of Georgia, to view the resident pod of Orca. Our three day package starts from downtown Vancouver, where we have included return transfers to Vancouver Island and our selected hotel for the next two nights, the Executive House Hotel, or a hotel of a similar standard. The whale-watching cruise is organised for day two and leaves from Victoria in the late morning.The cruise usually lasts about three hours before returning to Victoria for your second night's accommodation. On day three we return to Vancouver to either your hotel, to meet the group for your onward Titan tour, or to the airport for your return flight to the UK. As an alternative to the ferry transfer between Vancouver and Victoria, why not opt for a floatplane transfer. One-way from Vancouver to Victoria is £45 per person or £85 per person return. Vancouver enjoys one of the most striking and spectacular natural settings in the world, with the encircling Pacific Ocean in the foreground, and the stunning backdrop of the majestic Grouse Mountain. You will be staying at the excellently located four star Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Hotel. The Gastown area of the city is distinguished by its cobbled walkways, gas lamps, quaint shops and restaurants, or there is Granville Island a friendly, popular spot alive with markets, shops, galleries and a marina. Vibrant Chinatown has a great array of dining opportunities, and to the west of downtown is Kitsilano Beach, which looks out over English Bay towards the 1,000-acre Stanley Park.
