Today we transfer to the magnificent Mall of America where you can enjoy the largest enclosed shopping experience in the United States. This massive attraction includes over 500 speciality shops from intimate boutiques to the major department stores such as Macy's and Bloomingdales. A coupon booklet which offers a wide variety of discounts throughout the Mall is included in the price of your holiday and will be issued on arrival. Dine at any of the 60 restaurants and cafés to choose from or submerge yourself in Underwater Adventures - a fascinating experience where you will be surrounded by sharks, stingrays and thousands of aquatic fish and plant life. After returning to your hotel we transfer to Stillwater to travel back in time to the 1940's aboard the Minnesota Zephyr as we take a luxury train journey through the St. Croix River Valley. Relax in style and enjoy the included sumptuous five course meal and entertainment before returning to our hotel.

This morning we depart for the beautiful glass and aluminium Victorian building of the Marjorie McNeeley Conservatory. Free time to stroll through the Palm Room, Fern Room, Gallery Garden and Sunken Garden to discover a huge variety of flora and fauna which provides a stunning horticultural parade and spectacle of colour. We continue south to the delightful town of Red Wing before following the mighty Mississippi River to the town of La Crosse which is situated close to where the La Crosse, Black and the Mississippi rivers converge. Our hotel is the Best Western.

LA CROSSE · MILWAUKEE
Today we head south to the House On the Rock a fascinating house which was built on a chimney of rock and affords stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Today it also houses a fantastic collection including the world's largest carousel, music machines and streets recreated from 1880's. Later we continue to Milwaukee, the largest city in the state of Wisconsin where modern steel and glass structures share the skyline with the restored 19th century buildings. Our hotel is the Comfort Inn.
